Generally, I try and list things that are a bit off the radar. If you’ve been following me for a while (on X/Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram and whatnot) chances are you’re probably a fan of The Modern House estate agents too, so there’s no point in me listing those. Besides, I prefer the underdog. Properties that look like they need the excitement of new love.

I used to comment on whether I thought the asking price was overly inflated, I’m not going to do that anymore. You can make your own mind up and do your own research. I don’t want to jeopardise anyone’s future! I will list the cost per sq m though so you can compare.
