Right, let’s get this show on the road shall we? Here are five modernist properties on the market that I have bookmarked recently…
Oh, a few things to note before I get going:
Generally, I try and list things that are a bit off the radar. If you’ve been following me for a while (on X/Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram and whatnot) chances are you’re probably a fan of The Modern House estate agents too, so there’s no point in me listing those. Besides, I prefer the underdog. Properties that look like they need the excitement of new love.
All images are courtesy and copyright of the estate agent/photographer.
I used to comment on whether I thought the asking price was overly inflated, I’m not going to do that anymore. You can make your own mind up and do your own research. I don’t want to jeopardise anyone’s future! I will list the cost per sq m though so you can compare.
I only list places that I want to list. Please don’t ask me to list your home. Sorry. To that end, please don’t ask me to help you find you a home. I can’t do that. Sorry again. Thank you.
Now that’s out of the way, here we go:
2 Bedroom Flat
